White Shark Projects are determined and committed to protecting our staff, clients and all service providers that frequent our buses, premises and shark cage diving vessel in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. As ambassadors in conservation, we are doing everything in our power to make your journey with us a memorable one whilst ensuring all safety protocols are put in place to keep any possible transmissions to a minimum. Our immaculate onsite facilities boasting 6 luxury walk in showers with their own individual changing area, separate men’s urinal and 6 large separate toilet cubicles including a large disabled toilet enables space and maximum safety for social distancing.

  • Clients are given a towel each which has been washed in FDA approved washing detergent

  • Catering, office staff and crew have been covid 19 trained and have their temperatures checked and are screened on arrival at work
  • Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing
  • Guests are required to wear personal face coverings where instructed
  • Catering, office staff and crew are rotated every 2 weeks
  • We use FDA approved sanitisers and cleaning products throughout our lodge and shark cage diving vessel for maximum safety and protection
  • Touchless hand sanitisers located in each bathroom cubicle and ladies powder room
  • Touchless hand sanitising stations located from point of arrival and throughout the lodge
  • Shower handles and door handles are wiped and sterilised after each use
  • Tables, chairs and any objects that are frequently touched are thoroughly wiped and sterilised after each use
  • Boat and Stainless-Steel jet washed and sterilized pre, during and post departure
  • Sanitising Stations and washing facilities are available throughout the vessel
  • Each client will be given their own sterilised mask before they depart
  • Wetsuits, masks, booties are deep cleaned and fully sterilised before and after each trip
  • Client support will be given as we are linked directly to the RSA Region COVID -19 Helpline
