Gerald has undertaken close on 1 000 shark trips, and has experienced in the region of 3 000 shark sightings! Yet he is still thrilled by every day he spends out at sea. It's his passion. Ever since he was a little boy, he's lived for the time he could spend out on the ocean waves. The best part of his job is seeing the Great Whites. And after so many years, they continue to amaze him. Gerald is a Dive Master and has a Level Three First Aid qualification. Changing people's perspective about the Great White and introducing them to this mysterious creature is what fuels his fire. |

Grant had his first shark cage dive 7 years ago and was hooked and exchanged his pressured life as a paramedic for one with the Great Whites. Grant believes that the only way to save these amazing creatures is through creating awareness."The most awesome shark experience I’ve had to date has to be when I had a shark breach nine times clear out of the water to get the bait!! It’s really rare for them to exert themselves like that when around the boat. The speed, agility and grace of these animals is truly breathtaking." |

Adrian is our in-house Marine Biologist, and while doing various observations and implementing non-invasive research methods, he shares his knowledge with our clients. “My best experiences on Shark Team are when a shark comes to the side of the boat and just hangs there with it’s head out of the water and just checks you out! There really is something amazing about looking a great white in the eye and knowing that you are being checked out at the same time! Their eyes are a magnificent magenta-blue and when you see them in the right light - well, it’s stunning!" says Adrian. |
